Way too tired to do math right now, buuuut when you take that into account the speed difference between the two boots wouldn’t be significant because they had so. many. fucking. slows. and having faster boots just makes them slow you more, since they’re percent based… and you would’ve been taking a little  bit less damage with merc treads.
